Quard 500 Wear Abrasion Resistant Sheet Plates
Champak Industries are one of the prominent Quard 500 Wear Abrasion Resistant Sheet Plates Suppliers, Manufacturer & Exporters. Quard 500 Plates is engaged in supply of Quard 500. Due to its optimal combination in hardness, strength and ductility, Quard 400 can be used in any application exposed to wear from various hard abrasives such as rocks, sand, minerals, scrap, waste or other aggressive materials.
Quard 500 is easy to bend, cut, machine and weld (to some extent, it's like processing mild steel).
In all thicknesses Quard 500 is combined with an excellent surface finish and close thickness tolerances, providing your final application with a high quality look and accurate design fitting.
Quard 500 is ideal to be used in applications like: buckets, crushers, cutting edges, dump trucks, loaders, skips, sieves, feeders, measuring pockets, skips.
Hardness Quard get its high hardness and strength through a precise water quenching process.
The hardness is mainly controlled by the carbon content and by using accurate alloy compositions the scatter in hardness and other properties can be kept to a minimun.
The production process of Quard produces a lath type of martensitic structure of high hardness, strength and toughness, granting 100% through thickness hardening.
